AIRPORT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME)

The Rochester International Airport is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Airport Maintenance Technician position. This position is responsible for performing general and technical facilities maintenance duties, as well as snow removal operations. This position requires frequent outside work, often during inclement weather. The selected applicant must be available to work weekends, holidays, all shifts (days, evenings and midnights) and be available on an on-call basis during the winter months..
Qualifications: Potential candidates must have a High School diploma or G.E.D. Two or Four year degree in Building Utilities Maintenance or related field is preferred. 5 years of prior experience in airport operations, facilities maintenance, electrical or plumbing may be considered without a two or four-year degree. Potential candidates must have no felony convictions within the last 10 years. A criminal history check and pre-employment drug screening will be required prior to offer of employment.
